Privacy Policy.

Effective July 22, 2026 · Last updated September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LATERILLA Corp. handles information in connection with its website and its digital business solutions, workflow automation, artificial intelligence tool setup, customer relationship management configuration, software integration, dashboards, process optimization, consulting, and support services. It applies to website visitors, prospective business customers, customer representatives, and other people who communicate with us.

1. Scope and responsibility

LATERILLA Corp. is responsible for information it receives directly in connection with an inquiry, quotation, service engagement, or business relationship. A customer may also provide access to information held in the customer's own systems so that we can perform agreed services. In that situation, the customer determines what information is made available and remains responsible for its own legal obligations, notices, permissions, and instructions.

2. Information we may receive

Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive:

  • Business identity and contact information, such as name, company name, role, business email address, phone number, and business address.
  • Inquiry information, including the service requested, project objectives, operational concerns, preferred timing, and any information included in messages or documents.
  • Commercial information, such as estimates, accepted scope, invoices, payments, renewal details, and service history.
  • Project and system information, such as descriptions of workflows, software tools, user roles, field structures, process documents, integration requirements, and configuration instructions.
  • Technical website information, which may include device type, browser type, approximate region, pages viewed, referral information, and security logs when such information is made available by the website platform.

3. Website form behavior

The custom request forms supplied with this website design perform browser-side validation, display a confirmation message, and clear the fields. They are not, by themselves, configured to transmit or permanently store the entered information. A form should not be treated as a completed inquiry unless a separate approved submission service is connected and disclosed. Visitors can use the displayed business contact information to make an inquiry through their chosen communication method.

4. How information is used

We may use information to evaluate an inquiry; prepare an estimate or scope; deliver and document services; configure approved systems; communicate about access, milestones, changes, or support; manage invoices and business records; protect accounts and systems; investigate errors or misuse; comply with applicable obligations; and improve how our services are organized and delivered. We do not use customer information to create unrelated products or to sell personal information.

5. Legal bases and business purposes

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to take steps requested before a contract, perform a contract, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate business interests such as operating services, preventing misuse, maintaining records, and improving security. Consent may be used when required and may be withdrawn prospectively, subject to any processing justified on another basis.

6. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be made available to vendors that provide hosting, business communications, accounting, file storage, project management, security, or other operational services. Access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the assigned function. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization where lawful safeguards apply. We do not rent lists of customer contacts.

7. Customer systems and third-party platforms

Services may involve platforms selected or approved by the customer. Each third-party platform operates under its own terms and privacy practices. Customers should review those terms before authorizing an integration or providing credentials. Whenever practical, customers should create role-limited access rather than sharing primary credentials. We do not control changes, outages, or independent processing performed by third-party platforms.

8. Data minimization, security, and retention

We seek to use information reasonably related to the service being considered or performed. Administrative, technical, and organizational measures may include access limitations, account separation, strong authentication, documented handoff, and removal of project access after it is no longer needed. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Information is retained for the period needed to support the business relationship, resolve disputes, maintain required records, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and project context.

9. Choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how personal information is handled. Rights may be limited where records must be retained, another person's rights would be affected, or an exception applies. To make a request, use the contact information below and describe the information and relationship involved. Reasonable verification may be required before a request is completed.

10. International access

Digital services and third-party platforms may make information accessible from locations different from the place where it was collected. When cross-border access occurs, the parties should select appropriate platforms and contractual or organizational safeguards based on the information and applicable requirements.

11. Children

The website and services are directed to businesses and adults acting in a professional capacity. They are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, website functions, providers, or legal requirements. The revised version will identify its updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate business channel when required.
